FAQ's and Policies

  • I've placed two (or more) orders, can you combine?

Yes, we automatically combine any open orders at the time of shipment, as well as refund (or invoice for) any shipping discrepancies. No need to contact us!

  • What is your turnaround time?

We aim to have all orders out within 2-3 business days. During large retail stockings, please allow 7 business days for processing. These times do not include ship  transit times. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at helloiseefabric@gmail.com and we will help you!

  • Why is your stuff sold out so fast? I missed what I wanted! Will it restock?

We are always working hard to restock! Our shop has grown so much recently, combined with the COVID closures delaying the mills and dyehouses, we are working as hard as we can to get more fabrics into your hands!

  • Email Contact

Emails are answered Monday thru Friday during the hours of 9am-5pm. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your email. We are working hard to answer everyone personally.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on non-damaged items. We are happy to work with you to make sure you are getting the beautiful product you expected, but we cannot offer refunds on cut fabric because it is not the shade you intended. All monitors are different, and if you are needing an exact color, please order a sample cut from our menu to ensure you are getting what you need before ordering.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages 

While every care is taken when sending items, occasionally post does go missing. In most cases, this is usually a case of "delayed post" rather than missing parcels as most post eventually turns up. If you are concerned please contact helloiseefabric@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to try to help you locate your item. 

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS. Once an item/items have been delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items lost within transit, will need to file a claim with USPS. We will always do our best to help you!
