Shipping policy

Multiple open orders at the same time will be combined automatically, to ensure you are getting the best shipping rate possible. Any shipping overages are automatically refunded. If you believe you should have a refund for an overage but have not gotten one, please email us at helloiseefabric@gmail.com.

--- International Orders: All orders shipping outside of the United States will be contacted with a final shipping invoice once your order is ready to ship. The $50 shipping charge at checkout is a placeholder and will be adjusted to reflect actual carrier costs based on your location and package weight.

All items are shipped in as timely a manner as possible, and we aim for 2-3 days. However, during high volume sales, or after a large website stocking, shipping may take a bit longer. If you need your fabric in a certain time period, please reach out to us at helloiseefabric@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
